Tips & Tricks: Windows 7 x64 not recongnising all available RAM

It appears having the 'Power Management' mode in BIOS set to Power Saving halves your available RAM which Windows recognises.

Who would have thought that Performance Mode would increase my available RAM within Windows from 8GB to 16GB ...
