One of Google's latest features and one of my personal favorites is the Gmail Preview Pane, which allows you to simultaneously preview emails while reading or replying to others.
After enabling the Preview Pane from the Labs tab in Gmail Settings I instantly stumbled upon an issue. With the preview pane now enabled and the "People" widget and advertising disabled on the right of the page there was a lot of extra valuable space wasted, which frustrated me immensely.
Below is a script I came upon for Chrome and Firefox web browsers which removes the sidebar, allowing the preview pane to extend to the full width of the screen, enjoy!
